Green Clean also offers cleaning and service provision for Short Stay Accommodation (STA). We manage other high-end short stay properties throughout the Meander Valley and understand well the intricacies and requirements around the turn-over and management of Airbnb's and Short Stay accommodation.
The (often unknown) booking requirements and turnover time constraints associated with short-stay accommodation adds complexity around service provision and time management. We pride ourselves on delivering a very consistent and high level of service provision, tailored to the specific requirements of every property we include on our client list.

We understand that every property is unique and specific requirements of that property/ property owner must be met.
So as to ensure expectations are managed in regards to bookings, as well as to ensure the standard and level of service provision we set are not compromised, we require a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.
To ensure STAs are serviced at the quality standard we set, as well as to consistently guarantee the availability of one of our cleaners, we are unable to provide service provision for properties with same day check-in check-outs due to the restriction of the timeframe in between to guarantee turn- around.
